INGREDIENTS

1 cup of water
2 cups of beans blended
1 sachet of sofrito criollo
1/4 cheese
1 bag of Zambos Plantain con Chicharrón

PROCESS

Boil a cup of water in a pot. Add the blended beans. Stir thoroughly.
Add sofrito criollo and mix.
Add cheese and stir gently until mixed.
Serve with Zambos Plantain con Chicharrón. Enjoy.
