INGREDIENTS

1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of chopped tomato
1 cup of chopped red onion
1 cup of chopped sweet chile
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 cup of chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of black sauce
1 cup of water
1 family bag Zambos Chile Limón

PROCESS

Place all ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Serve with Zambos Chile Limón
