Scrambled Eggs with Ziba’s Papitas Clásicas

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1 bag of Ziba’s Classic Chips

PROCESS

Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat and drop the eggs.
Reduce heat to medium heat and cover.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until you have the desired yolk term and remove from the pan.
Place on a plate and serve with the Ziba’s on top.
