Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
Step 2. Cut the chicken breasts into ¾” strips.
Step 3. Place the Ranchitas in a container and crush them with a mortar or food processor.
Step 4. In another container, beat the egg and add the milk. Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture and then coat with the crushed Ranchitas.
Step 5. Place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and oil. Brush each strip lightly with vegetable oil.
Step 6. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 7. Serve with Mazola Lemon Mayonnaise.
