Step 1. Place the wings in a bowl and add the spices, stirring until everything is completely mixed. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2. After one hour, add half of the flour to the wings.
Step 3. Crush the Ranchitas until they have a texture similar to panko or breadcrumbs, place them in a bowl.
Step 4. Beat the eggs and the other half of the flour, then incorporate the crushed Ranchitas until everything forms a thick mixture.
Step 5. Preheat the oil to 180°C.
Step 6. Dip the wings in the mixture and cook them in the oil for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 74°C. Drain on paper towels and serve with ranch sauce or your favorite sauce.
