Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1 bag of Taqueritos Chile Toreado
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 limes, quartered

Preparation

    Step 1. For each ear of corn, place it in a pot with hot water.

    Step 2. When they"re ready, remove them and discard the excess water.

    Step 3. Dip them in the mayonnaise, coating them completely.

    Step 4. Place the Taqueritos in a food processor and blend them.

    Step 5. Once blended, top the corn with a squeeze of lime and serve.
