Mango Ceviche with Zambos Plantain Ceviche

Ingredients
- 1 pound chunky tilapia fillet
- 2 cups chunky mango
- 1 cup chunky tomato
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 1 cup lime juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
- 1 family-size bag of Zambos Plantain Ceviche
Preparation

Step 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Set aside and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Step 2. Then serve with Zambos Plantain Ceviche.
