Ingredients

  • 1 pound chunky tilapia fillet
  • 2 cups chunky mango
  • 1 cup chunky tomato
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 family-size bag of Zambos Plantain Ceviche

Preparation

    Step 1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Set aside and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
