Step 1: In a blender, place the onion, chili, carrot and water. Blend and then mix with the ground meat. Season to taste and let stand.
Step 2: Make the mini meatballs and coat them in flour, then egg, and finally the Taqueritos.
Step 3: These can be crushed in a processor or bag by hand.
Step 4: Heat the oil and once it is ready, fry the meatballs.
Step 5: Serve with a little ranch sauce.
