Ingredients

  • 2 eggs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons oil, divided.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • ¼ cup Taqueritos Chile Toreado.

Preparation

    Step 1. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Step 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick skillet and sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent, then add to the eggs.

    Step 3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil and raise the heat to medium-high. Pour in the eggs and cook until set.
