Step 1. In a bowl, place the corn flour, add a glass of warm water, a glass of cold water, and knead.
Step 2. Mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
Step 3. In a food processor, add the quesillo and the tablespoons of cream, then blend.
Step 4. Crush one pack of Del Rancho Chicharrones.
Step 5. Take a portion of dough, form a ball, open a space in the center, and add one tablespoon of cheese and one tablespoon of Del Rancho Chicharrones.
Step 6. Close the dough around the filling and shape into a tortilla.
Step 7. On a preheated griddle, cook each side of the tortilla for 8 minutes.
Step 8. In a pot, cook the cabbage and grated carrot.
Step 9. Let cool, then add ½ cup vinegar, oregano, and salt to the cabbage and carrot.
Step 10. Serve the pupusas accompanied with cabbage slaw and Del Rancho Chicharrones.
