Step 1. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them with your hand as if making a tortilla.
Step 2. Fill with quesillo and Zambos Del Rancho Chicharrón. Cover with more dough and seal the pupusas well so the filling doesn’t spill out.
Step 3. Heat a griddle or skillet and cook the pupusas over medium heat until the dough is fully cooked.
Step 4. Serve with cooked cabbage and red sauce.
