Step 1. Using a hand mixer, mix one cup of flour with the rest of the ingredients. Once combined, gradually add the remaining flour until a crumbly texture forms.
Step 2. Finish kneading by hand without over-kneading.
Step 3. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 4. Then divide the dough into two portions, add the Ranchitas, flatten, and place on a pizza tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5. Add tomato sauce and bake for 8 minutes at 475°F.
Step 6. Remove from the oven, add the rest of the toppings, and bake for another 8 minutes.
