XIXI Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups regular wheat flour.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar.
  • 6 eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • 3 cups milk.
  • 4 tablespoons yellow butter or oil.

Preparation

    Step 1. Place the flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and 1 cup of milk in a large bowl.

    Step 3. Add the remaining 2 cups of milk and the butter or oil, mixing until the batter is lump-free.
