Zambos Plantain Fish and Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients
- 4 corn tortillas
- ½ pound titi shrimp
- ½ pound tilapia fillet, diced
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- ½ cup red onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup drinking water
- 1 bag of Zambos Plantain Ceviche
Preparation

Step 1. Mix all the ingredients except the Zambos Plantain Ceviche in a bowl.

Step 2. Let the ceviche rest for at least 8 hours.

Step 3. Serve the delicious Zambos Plantain Ceviche in a tortilla basket.
