Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • ½ pound titi shrimp
  • ½ pound tilapia fillet, diced
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup drinking water
  • 1 bag of Zambos Plantain Ceviche

Preparation
