Step 1. Heat the margarine in a pot and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2. dd the meat and sauté until browned.
Step 3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the cabbage, and cook until the potato is tender.
Step 4. To prepare the chismol, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 5. To assemble the Zambos®, place them on a plate or open the bag horizontally.
Step 6. Add the cabbage on top of the zambos, then the meat, and finish with the chismol.
Step 7. To prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve on top.
