Step 1: Cut tomato, onion and coriander.
Step 2: Mix in a bowl and season with the salt and pepper.
Step 3: Combine the mayonnaise, water, onion, lemon juice, coriander, salt and pepper in a blender. Process until you have a homogeneous sauce.
Step 4: Cut the cabbage into strips.
Step 5: Once finished, place in a bowl and add the vinegar, water and let it rest for half an hour.
