Ingredients

  • Ingredients to assemble the Zambos®:
  • 1 bag of Chicharrón del Rancho® pork rinds
  • 2 cups of chopped cabbage
  • Ingredients for the chismol:
  • Tomato
  • Green sweet chile
  • Cilantro
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Ingredients for the dressing:
  • ¼ cup of miltomato
  • 2 tablespoons green chili peppers, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons julienned onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jalapeño, julienned
  • 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon bouillon
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Preparation

    Step 1: Place all the vegetables in a pot with a little water and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

    Step 2: Remove from heat, drain and place in a blender.

    Step 3: Add salt, bouillon, cream and mayonnaise.

    Step 4: Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture. If it is too thick, add a little water.
