Ingredients
- Ingredients to assemble the Zambos®:
- 1 bag of Chicharrón del Rancho® pork rinds
- 2 cups of chopped cabbage
- Ingredients for the chismol:
- Tomato
- Green sweet chile
- Cilantro
- Lemon
- Salt
- Ingredients for the dressing:
- ¼ cup of miltomato
- 2 tablespoons green chili peppers, julienned
- 2 tablespoons julienned onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeño, julienned
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon bouillon
- ½ cup cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Preparation

Step 1: Place all the vegetables in a pot with a little water and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 2: Remove from heat, drain and place in a blender.

Step 3: Add salt, bouillon, cream and mayonnaise.

Step 4: Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture. If it is too thick, add a little water.
