Step 1: Heat margarine in a saucepan and brown onion, garlic and chili for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the meat and fry until browned.Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cabbage, and cook until the potato is soft.
Step 3: To prepare the chirmol, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 4: To assemble the Zambos®, place them on a plate or open the bag horizontally.
Step 5: Add the cabbage on top of the zambos, then the meat, and finish with the chirmol.
Step 6: To prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve on top.
