Ingredients

  • 1 fish fillet (Tilapia).
  • ½ cup onion.
  • ½ cup red bell pepper.
  • Cilantro.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Lime to taste.
  • 1 cup lime juice.
  • 1 cup orange juice.
  • 1 pack Ranchitas Nacho Excitante (or the flavor of your choice).

Preparation

    Step 1. Cut the fillet into cubes.

    Step 2. Place the fish in a bowl, add lime juice and orange juice, and season with pepper.

    Step 3. Let rest for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator.

    Step 4. Add ½ cup onion and ½ cup red bell pepper inside the Ranchitas package.

    Step 5. Mix the ingredients.

    Step 6. Add the fish cubes and finely chopped cilantro to the package.

    Step 7. Serve with lime to taste.
