Hot Dogs de mayo de Cappy

Ingredients

• 4 hot dog buns
• 4 hot dog sausages
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup crushed Cappy Infladitos Picositos chips
• Additional crushed Cappy Infladitos Picositos chips for finishing
• Oil to taste

Preparation

   Step 1. Cook the sausages in a skillet or on a grill until hot and lightly golden.

   Step 2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and the crushed Cappy Infladitos Picositos chips until you get a Cappy-style mayonnaise with texture and heat.

   Step 3. Open the buns, place one sausage in each, and generously spread the mayonnaise on top.

   Step 4. Finish by sprinkling more crushed Cappy Infladitos Picositos chips to reinforce the crunch and spiciness.
