Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cheese for frying
  • ½ cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • Abundant oil
  • 1 Taqueritos Chile Toreado (or the flavor of your preference)

Preparation

    Step 1. Blend the Taqueritos.

    Step 2. Cut the cheese into flakes.

    Step 3. Place the egg in separate containers and the flour in another.

    Step 4. Dip the cheese flakes in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the crushed Taqueritos.

    Step 5. Heat the oil in a pot and dip the cheese until golden brown.

    Step 6. Serve and garnish with dressing and jalapeño peppers.
