Party Mix Parfait

Ingredients

• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon honey
• ¼ cup shredded coconut
• Melted chocolate
• 1 package Party Mix

Preparation

   Step 1: Mix the yogurt with the peanut butter and honey in a bowl.

   Step 2: In a glass or cup assemble your parfait in layers as follows:

   Yogurt layer

   Melted chocolate layer

   Fiesta Mix

   Shredded coconut

   Repeat the procedure until all the ingredients are used and the cup is full.
